How can I take a tour?
You can schedule a tour in many different ways! We offer in person guided tours, in person virtual tours, and self-guided 3D tours!
How do I sign a lease at Ari?
All of our contracts are signed electronically through our website so that you can sign your contract at any time that is convenient to you! You will complete your application and lease agreement through our prospect portal located here.
What is a rental installment?
A rental installment is a payment completed on a set date that is a portion of the total amount due on the contract. Rental installments take a total contract value and split that payment into equal installments paid over a designated period of time.
Is renter’s insurance required? Do you provide renter’s insurance?
Residents are required to provide liability insurance or you have the option to enroll in Cardinal’s liability waiver for a small monthly cost.
What utilities are included?
Internet, Gas, Water, Waste & Trash. Residents will be responsible for electricity charged by monthly usage which will be billed back through your resident portal each month. There is a one time Tech Fee.
Is parking available?
Yes, Ari On Fourth has a parking garage where you can purchase a parking space.
Are the units furnished?
Ari offers an array of floor plans with furnished and unfurnished options.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are pet friendly and have several amenities geared towards pets, such as a pet wash station and dog run! There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $35 per month pet rent. All pets need to be registered through our pet screening.
